Why TeaCask?

Choosing teaware usually involves materials, shapes, and usage contexts, but in reality this information is often scattered and hard to form into a clear overall understanding.

When people first get into teaware, they often don’t have a complete basis for judgment. They can only try different pieces over time to gradually figure things out. This process usually takes time and can also come with a fair amount of trial and error.

TeaCask aims to reduce this unnecessary trial and error.

Based on founder PineG’s continuous observation of tea culture and teaware use since 2008, together with a system-oriented way of thinking, TeaCask tries to make teaware selection clearer and easier to understand, while reducing avoidable mistakes along the way.

We believe good choices are not made through repeated trial, but through clear understanding and informed judgment.
