2. What materials are used, and how is the quality?

TEACASK tea sets are made from carefully selected high-quality materials. Each product undergoes strict inspection. The founder, PineG, is a tea set collector, ensuring that only products meeting high standards reach customers.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

All TEACASK tea sets are authentic products made in China and shipped by air. International delivery may take slightly longer — this reflects the origin of the products and guarantees their authenticity.

Once your order is placed, our team monitors the shipment throughout the entire delivery process.

4. What if my order is delayed or cannot be delivered?

International air shipping may occasionally be affected by flight delays, customs clearance, or logistics transit issues.
