3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
All TEACASK tea sets are authentic products made in China and shipped by air.
Delivery may take slightly longer due to direct shipping from China, which ensures authentic products from their place of origin.
Once your order is placed, it is continuously tracked throughout the entire shipping process, and you can simply wait for delivery.
4. What if my order is delayed or cannot be delivered?
International air shipping may occasionally be affected by flight delays, customs clearance, or logistics issues.
