All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Additional countries may be added in the future as we expand our service areas.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days total (Processing: 1–3 business days + Shipping: 6–12 business days, depending on carrier)
  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days total (Processing: 1–3 business days + Shipping: 7–12 business days, depending on carrier)

4. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $70 USD: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $70 USD: Standard Shipping – $5.99 flat rate

5. Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. TeaCask handles these costs to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TeaCask is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
