Refund policy
At TeaCask, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items according to the policy below.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
2. Return Eligibility
• Teaware must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items must be in resalable condition.
3. How to Request a Return
• Email us at teacask@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
• Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the return address below.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a product defect, damage during delivery, or our shipping error, TeaCask will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for personal reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
